Ghoulish Club

ID 51365

<LoreItalics>Ghouls, man called them, eaters of human flesh, spawn of darkness, children of unholy matings of a lost and forgotten race with the demons of the underworld. Somewhere in these primitive forests were the ruins of an ancient, accursed city, men whispered, and among its tombs slunk gray, anthropomorphic shadows-Conan shuddered strongly.</> - The Hour of the Dragon When the people of the northern Argos bury their dead, they bury them deep. This is because the forests near their homes are haunted by the savage demons known as Ghouls. Ghouls will dig up the dead to eat them and, if desperate, seek to prey upon the living. This club carries the taint of the ghoulish race upon it, poisoning the flesh it damages. Capable of shattering bones through armor and crumpling helmets, the mace is a preferred weapon against heavily armored foes, bypassing the protection of their armor through sheer force.
